What We Offer In Post-Secondary Education

Waterloo Bible College is a conservative, evangelical, Christian college and seminary in Canada that is restoring the church to the New Testament pattern by holding the truth that the whole Bible is the inspired Word of God. Our purpose is to train new leadership for the 21st century church, community and world. Waterloo Bible College offers post-secondary, distance education, diploma programs to mature believers and clergy who wish to complete their ministerial education or enter ministry as pastors, teachers, evangelist, apostles and prophets in the work of ministry. Courses are offered to all believers who are serious about continuing their education. Waterloo Bible College was founded to make available affordable distance-learning diploma programs in higher education in the School of Christian theology.

The educational institution and curriculum of Waterloo Bible College are totally Bible-centered and based. The Bible and Christ will always be the center of all our course studies.You will find a selection of diploma majors offered. Our credits are transferable to various Bible Colleges to obtain a degree. This work is carried out on an evangelical interdenominational basis and it is non-sectarian in all ways. Courses are offered to either those who have a high school diploma or the muture students who will find courses of study well suited for their individual`s needs.

Waterloo Bible College is offering continuing education courses in the CPC (Certified Pastoral Counsellor) diploma program. These courses are from our Department of Christian Counselling

Since 1998, WBC has felt the need for an accrediting association for those who are in ministry of counselling. Waterloo Bible College School of Christian counselling has been formed to help meet the need for professionalism in Christian counselling. A variety of certificates in counselling have been developed, such as Clinical Pastoral Counsellor and Certified Pastoral Counsellor. This is to provide the church and society, as a whole, the assurance that our ministers are: Qualified; Responsible; Professional; and Christian.

Waterloo Bible College, in cooperation with The Evangelical Christian Church in Canada, offers an acedemic adult education program, training resources, courses, and in-house, hands-on training to their congregations and house churches to aid them in church growth, leadership and church planting, and all their training needs. Textbooks used are from leading authors.
Waterloo Bible College has a three month Church Planting School (Starting A New Church From Scratch) is a missional school that offers to our pastors various areas of church planting and church growth seminars and worshops: Strategy, Evangelism, Small groups, Assimilation , Prayer Walking, Breaking Growth Barriers, and Stewardship.

Waterloo Bible College educational network will offer courses, covering every area of the five-fold ministry in the work the work of the ministry to serve the Christian Church as a whole.This course will be taught on-campus to those thinking of entering the ministry in the apostolic - prophetic.- evangelist - teacher or pastor. The American Association of Christian Therapists is offering training and certification in Pastoral Counselling. For those who are ordained, it is a very good program for those who are serious about counseling. Also AACT offers Master and Doctorate of Psychology Degrees (Biblical Model) to all The ECC ministers at a low cost arrangement.
